I did get to run last weekend and tried running without the rear braces and with the stock rear sway bar. I feel it had a little more rear grip. Not a ton but worth a try. I feel the setup window for outdoor is much wider for this model than most others. In other words it drove pretty well even with box stock.

For wheels, which ones are people liking that have the hex protected on the rear (basically it doesn't stick out?) I have seen a few options, but curious what seems to be the go to right now.

cut the threads a lil shorter and clean up with filing so that they do not stick out. My HB D413 were LONG

I know SDRC was saying that they were selling the MIP Pucks for $140 this weekend however normal price for the entire kit would be above the $200 price. This is for both front, and rear and it also upgrades both center diffs. I am not sure if this is a price only for walk ins or if they will ship for this price as well. MIP is debuting the kits for the Top Gun Shootout this weekend. It's one of the larger races that SDRC does during the year.
The kits I know SDRC got like 30 or so..

After seeing what lap times my EB410 was able to do in the hands or a pro I now know its not my car it's my driving and the puck's are not going to fix that. Only more practice will. That's my .02

These are what I'm running. I had them laying around from my 22-4 2.0.

OK guys got the 70 spur, but not sure what pinion i would need to run.
Medium size clay track with medium bite.
Going to pick up a 13.5 motor, either a Tekin Spec-R or a Trinity Monster Max.
Kinda leaning towad the Tekin. Opinions are weclome.
Thanks in advance.

Attached is an updated gear chart with the 70 spur added. I have found around 7 FDR works well for the 13.5 R1 V16 on carpet. This should be close for most 13.5 except the Tekin type R. That apparently wants around 8.5-8.8 (Edit).
