Recently acquired a 2nd hand hyper, I have very little knowledge of this but I can't get the pull cord to pull. I've taken out the glow plug and then tried the cord, still no joy. Also, the fly wheel is stuck. Can anyone please advise me how to fix this!?
The engine is a hyper 12.

Probably stuck by dryed up oil.

Take the engine apart and clean it out if tou can not see a damaged piston or conrod.

Use WD40 to work with the dryed up oil.
