Hi guys,
I Bought a new engine this month and i tried to run with it,
i never did a tuning before cause i was to young to understand !
10 years later i need to tune myself my VX 18 Engine, but its a bit difficult the engine stop or overheat
I Tried to search online how many turn the LSP HSP and IS need but i cant find it
Do you guys know a similar engine that need the same setting to not overheat the engine and have the best throtle speed

Thank you guys

I've got this engine, just installed in an old Smartech Winner (long story how I ended up with this thing, lets just say mislabeling on ebay involved and a discount). I've found it's got a pretty slim margin for the sweet spot on the high speed needle. I'm only just now fully clear of break-in territory (8-10 tanks or so) and have it running pretty darn well, but it's taken some trial and error.
Here's my current settings that are doing well, no overheating issues (i'm using spit method, mind you, so take it with a grain of salt)
HSN - 1 7/8 turns out (you'll be well under flush)
LSN - 2 1/4 turns out (will be under flush a turn or so)
Idle - self explanatory, car idles nicely and doesn't stall
This is backed off a bit from probably max performance to err on the side of caution, working great for me, decent low end and mid range, and willing to get high into the revs.
