I read this today and that was my next step and ... I have the same issue. Fronts are great, rear is very loose. No way it's going to hold. Going to call Tekno tomorrow. Bummer.

I haven't started my build but I assume there is going to be an oring issue with the rear suspension? Is there some sort of list to get on to get correct ones?
Was hoping my first Tekno experience would be positive...crossing my fingers.

I usually wrap it around the soldered wires once and it is enough to reduce any real slack. Keeps it out of the way of the drivetrain. You could also use a zip tie.

The o-rings to seal the cap, and the one for the shock collar are in the same bags. It is possible that the wrong one was used in the wrong place. Can you guys go over these and confirm if this is the issue? The shock collar will definitely feel loose if the o-ring isn't right.

At any rate, there's definitely an issue somewhere. Hopefully under load, there will be enough pressure from the spring compression to keep the collars in place, but it's not a long-term solution.
