I had same issue on B44.3 outdrive. Hole for pin was drilled Off.

Have 3 washers.the 2 other different when together just fine it is just 1 out drive.

How's the b64 corner and land compared to the b44.3 that chassis slapped and pushed?

Also the ZX-6 Kyosho fronts fit perfect as well.. and AKA's site now lists them for Kyosho/B64D

has anyone seen a custom chassis protector for the B64 yet?

IMO the two cars are not comparable. The 64 is very plush and smooth. It lands very nicely although the kit setup is too soft for my local track. I stiffened it up by going 32.5 WT and white spring.

Sweet, good to know. I figured Yokomo, and Kyosho fronts would work. I have all the tires I need now! lol

I ended up going to Grey which completely alleviated my rear "bounce issue", but my track is pretty rutted out right now. So far I love the car. Poor guy pitting next to me wasn't so lucky, he went through 2 spur gears yesterday. I didn't see anything wrong with his build, but I think something is off.

Finished my build yesterday. Everything went fairly well.
I ended up with 1/6 diff shims, but I didn't try the 0/7. I will do that before it hits the track.

The only issue I had was I had to clearance the front chassis brace (#92039) to allow the front drive shaft to have enough movement up to install the center diff. Which is still a pain with the front steering link across that drive shaft. It's a tight fit, I almost feel like I'm going to bend a shaft. Did I miss something somewhere?

Mine was tight as well, I just loosened the front brace a tad for some wiggle room and the diff slid right in.

it is a super tight install, but it wiggles in as the kit states. I had to align the dog bones and the center diff out drives at a certain rotation that allowed the center diff to slip into the center bulk head with the bones.

early reports are that because there is no front bumper routed under the chassis that chassis sticker/protectors are getting peeled back like crazy.

It looks like a custom sticker could be made 2-4 mm longer in the nose section. remove the front bumper and curl the sticker up towards the A brace, reattach the front bumper and go. Maybe that will solve this issue? I really don't want to run naked.

Why do people run chassis protectors with alloy chassis plates? I can see it with carbon/outdoors. Seems like wasted weight and inconvenience.
