Just a little FYI for building the Diffs, the hole in the outdrive for the pin under the Sun Gear is lined up with the dogbone pin slot in the outdrive. It's hard to see the hole in the diff case half

I bought some blank sheets with mine to make a custom one. we'll see how it goes.

+1 . Also, I like the chassis to look as close to new as possible for as long as possible

One thing I do miss about my old 4wd buggy was I could get to most of the settings I needed without having to pull the protector at all.

or

This is what I did and had no issues running on astro. Dirt may be a different story though.

Fusion Graphics (Grapfix?) makes uncut chassis protectors in a variety of designs. They are the most durable I've tried and the adhesive lasts a long time.

Hows the buggy land and corner compared to the b44.3?

I hated the last b44.3 I had. While I didn't have a good handle setup wise for the B64 yet (running on astro) I think it has a lot of potential. I need to pick up the sway bar set for the rear when it comes out to really get it better I think.

At our outdoor track there is enough rock's in the dirt that if you don't have a chassis protector the front bulkhead wears away in a year of racing. I use the thick jcon blank sheets and they a while I also double layer on the front bulkhead head

I had some extra automobile paint protection film kicking around, so I traced the chassis on it and made my own.

XPel and Clearbra come to mind, but you can buy the material in different thicknesses and by the foot, to make as many skins as you need.

I have a couple sheets of that coming for my build. My serve, wheels, extra arms, servo horn etc showed up today, but won't have my kit until tomorrow since UPS got delayed by weather
