Lipo problem

Just to balance the cells you can use one of these
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCVEU&P=FR&gclid=CO61mvzmtdECFY17fgod cSwCcg
It'll take a while but if the cells are recoverable it should eventually Balance out. If not, toss the battery

Even if the cells start unbalanced, a good balancing charger should be able to rebalance them (as long as the cells aren't damaged). You could try a few charge/discharge cycles to see if they get any better, but in case the cells are damaged I'd keep a close eye on it at all times while charging.

Hello, Hate to barge in here, but seems like a good spot to ask my question about a Lipo issue as well.
I have 3 2s lipos I use with my SC truck, one is stock at 30c 3500maH and the other two are 30c 5200 maH. I have been charging the batteries using a B680AC charger set properly for each battery and seemed to develop a problem. the stock battery and one of the 5200 batteries work and charge just fine (balance charge set to each battery needs) but the other 5200 battery doesnt seem to charge properly or even turn my truck on, I get a quick flash on the esc and thats it. Any ideas?

i bought a new gens ace 6750 4s and i did a few cycle charges before i use it to break it in. Every time i balance charge the battery, cell 1 reaches 4.2 v faster than the others which sit at 4.11. It takes ages for the other cells to reach 4.2 v since the charger drops the current to 0.1a to balance cells out. I have checked internal resistance of the cells and its equal on all 4 cells. I'm using a skyrc d100 charger. Do i have a bad battery?

no bueno I will just throw it on craigslist for free.
