ahh yes he brought up a good point that I always assume everyone knows. Make sure you are setting the End Points / Travel correctly. You don't want the servo to keep trying to crank away when it's physically limited.

So if I go with a 1268 savox
I would need to run it at 7.4 bec to get the 300+ torque correct? Sorry for the noob questions.

Correct, it would drop to 208!!!! Which is an insane drop

Speed(@4.8V sec/60): .15
Torque(@4.8V oz-in): 160.0
Speed(@6.0V sec/60): .13
Torque(@6.0V oz-in): 208.3
Speed(@7.4V sec/60): .11
Torque(@7.4V oz-in): 347.2

Yup that's correct. I run it in 6.0v for 10th scale. Again, it's nice to just use one servo in all cars.

We are pleased to announce a complete line of Low Frequency (LF) springs that will further improve the handling of your NB/EB48.3 vehicles. Our new spring design improves traction by reducing chassis oscillation on rough track surfaces and large jump landings. Overall stability of the vehicle is improved, providing better forward grip, increased corner speed and quicker lap times.

With additional coils as well as a larger wire diameter, the new LF springs feature a bronze gunmetal finish with a color indicator for easy spring identification. The springs fit all variants of the NB48 and EB48 vehicles and include two springs per package.

If it feels like the rear is locked down too much (not rotating), recommend adding a little camber to the rear. Should help free it to rotate in corners. The new HRC hubs do add more grip to the rear and adding camber helps it rotate and also be more forgiving in the bumps.

Good deal. That will be my next change. Right now I'm sitting at 2 deg. I'm going to play with my driving style (buggy rotates pretty good when carrying speed). It's the slow corners (180s) that get me from time to time if I had to slow down too much (mistake, traffic, bad line, etc).

No first hand exp. Doing this, but de makes 17mm wheels, you'd need side guards, and bodymounts, if the mounts don't fit on the eb towers you'd need to fabricate or switch out towers.
If the 17mm offsets to wide. It's gunna get pricey as you'll need nwmew cvd

Could also try shorter wheelbase to help rotation, correct Matt?

With that being said, it SHOULD be enough. But if you're rough on the car, landing often on one wheel, taking big tumbles, etc... you could blow through one.

The other thing is make sure your servo saver is actually working, nothing is bound. Also it's NOT an HV servo, so you can only run it at 6 volts.

This is actually the servo I had in my 10th scale stuff and 4wd sct prior to switching to the 1268.
So I got the 1268 in today and the wire is not long enuff? ??

You need a servo extender, can pick up a 3" at your LHS for $2-3
