Seems a bit silly for how little it must cost.

anyone else notice the ESC used in the display model is now a Hobbywing XR10 instead of an Orca?

Thanks for sharing the photos, B00t13g.

I really like the enhancements on the '17. But I think I'm still more anxious to see what they come up with for a T5.

Is there specific part number for the aluminum chassised kit or is it standard for all US kits?

I'm not sure to be honest.

well you did say the layshaft wasn't lower, anyway new car looks great, I think chassis flex is one of the most important aspects of the car, so it's good to see new ideas, that good that VBC copied them

Martin Hudy said a few years ago that they were changing the way they name their cars so wouldn't expect a T5 anytime soon, they make 15 different models I believe at present and most if not all have a new model each year. I would love to see them keep the T4 platform and do a completely radical car as well, just not sure it's going to happen

Does the "centre stiffener" makes the servo mount and motor mount flex together or has other intentions?

It stiffens the cassis in the center position, probably like the upper deck.
The servo and the motor mount are the best way to connect the front and back of the car in the centerline that low in the chassis.

just some shims and nuts, most people probably have enough spares for it, then again they should've included it though instead of "options"

Glad to see you immediately assume every new feature is an X-ray first feature. Could it possibly be that X-ray copied from VBC?
