Well, is this car a unicorn or is it going to be released?

Send them a message a few days ago via FB about the Release Date. They said in almost 6 weeks.

Yes, the car exists. Yes, it is going to be released. Yes, it is good. Setups should be available for the new CRC carpet right when the car is released, too, along with the setups Vesa has developed for Euro-style tracks.

My guess would be that IIC will be the first big race in the US where people are using this car. Should be available before then, though - from what I have heard.

Xenon is selling the opt-0081 from their home site now to use the small dampeners on the front ends of Xenon suspension.

Anyone try these yet? Opinions? I think an advantage would be to eliminate all the gunk that accumulates on the kingpins when using lube on those. Can probably just run them dry or use a dry wax style lube for them now.

Last night I received a box with pre-production items for the Destiny VD-12 and will be building my car for IIC testing at Donny Lia's 360v2 track next weekend. If you are at the event, stop by and check it out there or the following weekend at The Gate in Cleveland. I'll post more pics as I get the car built but I am waiting for another box or two to arrive with motor plates and top plate. Production is going well but a few items are behind schedule so that's holding up the kit release. Hopefully, we will have 100% production parts come IIC time.

Any questions, let me know and I'll try to answer as I build!!

For sure not... That company no longer exists (that I'm aware of). It's just a Destiny prototype that I'm 99% sure will look much different in production.

Not sure I understand the concept, isn't Destiny a spinoff of RPI? RPI already has a 1/12TH car, so why design another one? Has somebody some insights?

Destiny isn't Roche... I can tell you straight up that geometry is different, different dampers, link lenghts....

Roche and Destiny both use high quality plastics from Teru/Xenon but for sure, the cars aren't the same.

Oh ok, I was pretty sure it was coming from the "Roche" constellation, like XEnon, Panaracer, etc.

Duly noted!

Roche P12 and Destiny VD12 is not same.
Roche P12 is designed by Max Ma
Destiny VD12 is designed by Vesa Yli in Finland (V-design)

For Roche car, I don't have any information of design until it is release
For Destiny car, I give some idea of design
