it probably is, then second is the debate in the 1/10th off road nats forum, over whether a sponsor of an event should be able to exclude trackside selling if they cant offer their own vending services trackside that supply all the popular brands......interesting indeed

Yes i have seen that, very amusing they sponsor the event and then dont actually provide any assistance the competitors.

Has anyone actually detailed what is involved in the "extended support" that dawn is providing?

you would think that if that were the case Dawn would nominate that their local sales outlet be available at the track for urgent sales.

A few people have pointed out that all they need do is not actually post any for sale signs but to simply deal outside the track gates. I wonder if there will be any reprocussions for those found dealing at the track?

i dont think there would any chance of recourse, the more i think about it, the less im convinced they can actually stop people from trading there anyway, it depends on who owns the area that the track is on i guess, and i havnt seen the extra benifits of such a restriction of trade stated anywhere yet
