They do but it seals fine and does not effect anything that I am aware of. Been running them for about 2 years now with no issues...

Yes.

I did in truggy, and buggy this past weekend at the US open. The samurai already had a lot of power for the new layout, and the 8mm just made it that much touchier. I run a buku that comes on progressive and early, and with the 8mm in buggy, it was just plain too much to handle for me. In truggy it was fine, but my economy suffered and I couldn't pit at 8:30. It did however add some top end on the huge straight away.
