what novarossi has parts that ll fit this.. as i think this CX is a 2013 model..

Without modification I think none than only some bearings.

I think the Flash P/S set will fit but you do need an opposite slot for the sleeve center pin.
No rod will fit but if you take a R7 rod and enlarge the crankpin hole a tiny bit, it will fit.

Maybe better to to get a steel bearing version of a compleete Flash or a 35+ ?

hmm ok so not much choice then.. curious as id have some fun modding the next set.. other wise ill just get a new engine after ive settled in with 8th on road.. get the new lelasi novarossi... that engine hauls..

The rods are still available from some suppliers, the sleeve fitting is an easy job with a file to cut the notch at the opposite end

But with a P/S(/R) set you are getting close to a brandnew engine.....

By the way the best wat to make the opposite slot is with a dremel and a cut disc.

ok what set of psr would fit closest... to this engine?? and a crank as well.. what method is used to secure copper weights in the rear of the crank? some type of metal adhesive?

A PSR set from a decent 9 port engine will cost you 250 up to 300 dollar, a crankshaft is also 100+ dollar. Puting it in a used crankcase with used bearings.....

For that price or maybe a 50 dollar more you will have a new engine.

i gathered that.. at this stage hehe..

but yeah i have some sweet engines that are done by the same brand i deal race blend fuel for here that are custom tuned.. cant go past a nicely done picco.. although i have heard that some if not more so have had issues with the REDS on road 21s.. where as you have picco's winning races ie merlin depta with his Xceed tuned picco... could be user error.. im not in the know of this as i've only had good times with the Team Ed 2 5port REDS. stable smooth power... mins per tank.. just great.
