It is an offroad engine with an onroad configuration due the mirrored carburator and a smaller head.
I have modded one:

The guy for who I did modify this engine has bought 2. The stock he has runned in his Velox V8 onroad and he was impressed. For sure no winner but it was running nice for that money. The modified he still has not runned it yet.
The stock stock engine seems to be a good rain engine, he has won a clubrace with it with many laps in lead and was going strong all the way.

I do not know them. Here on the forums in the offroad part some are pretty sure it is a Go.

So what is everyone's thoughts about this engine. I have run a little under of gallon of fuel threw the engine. It's been running in a Tekno NB48. Quality has been good. Tune has been good. The only complaint I have is the carb boot. It has torn. It actually tore rather quickly. I have engines that are over three years old and the carb boots show no signs of wear. So hopefully Trackstar will fix that in the future or sell the boot separately.

I bought myself a new Go engine for 40 euro so we both could run clubraces with this level engines, ofcourse a bit modified But indeed the Trackstar is Go based because the crankcase was identical as also the timings of the sleeve.
Sadly the bushing of the rod of my Go came out and did ruin my engine a bit but his engine was going strong although the lifespan of the P/S is very short running that engine on this performance. Now it needs a pinch.
Fastest laptime was a 13.9 which is just 0.5 sec off from his pace with real fast engines. Not that bad at all.

Great job Roelof! Looks very good. How short is the P/S life? Remember, a whole new set is only around 20€

You can run a clubrace (3x 5min qualify + 30min final) when you will notice a compression loss, indeed 20 euro for a P/S set is still cheap.
