I recently bought a lipo battery, with a Sky RC Imax B6 Balancing smart charger. The battery is a Turnigy nano-tech 11.1 V 1400 mAh airsoft style battery. Whenever I try to charge it on the B6, it says "Connection Break" and sounds the obnoxious alarm. Is there a way to fix this without sending it back or spending much money? I have a battle (I bought it for my gun) coming up and I want to be able to use my gun with it's battery.

Before I did that, though, I would attempt to test the battery using a multi-meter (or purpose-built battery tester). First check the overall voltage at the positive and negative terminals and make sure it is higher than 9.6v. Then you can check the read out on each balance lead by using the positive lead on each balance terminal and the negative lead on the battery negative.
If each cell reads out a voltage through the balance lead, try another charger or double check how the balance lead is seated.

I had the same problem with the same charger i tried every battery type from lipo to nimh, nicd, and life kept getting same "connection break" check on youtube there was a person who pulled on apart and appearently fixed it. I dont think its your battery but could be wrong.
