I saw them and wondered if they would make the truck feel even more planted.

Does the kit come with more than one set of pistons or do you need to buy spares? Has anyone tried 1.6-1.7 two hole pistons?

It just has the 5 hole Pistons. I'm running those in the rear and 4 hole up front . I'm also mm though. I really think you could run the truck mm and be good on a lower grip track to. Especially with sideways saddle setup. You could probably put a brick on the rear of the truck and still have plenty of steering lol

Hey what dose the 1.3x4 pistons do for the sc6? What are the desired effects if one goes to these pistons other than the ones that come in the kit?

for me... the truck handles bumps and odd things just the same but i noticed it mostly in the corners to help the front from rolling over and traction rolling or spinning out. i better driver could probably be good with kit pistons though.

it surprises me to see how many of Tebos set ups use the 5 hole piston. Not many other SCT set ups use a 5 hole?

I want to try mm but I don't have any saddles. Just seems like the truck is much better mm with saddles. Have any of you tried mm with stick packs and had good success?

I agree but the SC6 works good for me with the kit pistons on med/high bite. On my DESC, I run 2 hole pistons in it.

I did when I first got mine and it wasn't bad at all. It worked better with a shorty and even better with a square/saddle

i did , but just for 1 pack. i was trying alot of stuff that day so i cant remember exactly. but i know it wont suck with sticks. if thats all you have then you dont have much choice lol you will prolly have to mess with the front end since it will have a bit of weight on the front tires and a ton of steering

Yea that's what I'm afraid of having more steering than I have now. I may keep the truck rear motor until I have some saddles.

I don't think I've given mine enough of a chance. I came from a sc10.2 that was pretty. Couldn't wait to try a MM based off of my RB6 which I love but haven't fell in love with the SC6 yet. I made a couple of set up changes and never tried them because we started racing a ton of buggy, 2wd and 4wd.
