Order it from RC monster, mike is a good guy he'll get out to you if its in stock. I'd recommend doing some thing other than stock diffs. They don't hold up very well with 6s, let alone 4s. Shimming a diff will make it last longer.

i ran it last weekend on 6s to test the new diffs and everything went smoothly except for breaking toe front t bone bumper. I want to get it out this weekend but its been freezing here (its -3 here right now). Saturday is going to be in the 30s so ill probably do another run on 4s then and really test how well it jumps.

Get ready for a wait time if its not in stock at a retailer. i called flm directly to order mine. Took a couple calls to get ahold of someone. She said it would take a few days to get one out to me, 3 weeks later i finally got a notice that it was shipping.

Spoke with Mike at rc-monster.com. The order is in and he is expecting a shipment but not sure when he will get it. I am expecting at least 3 weeks. Anything earlier is a bonus.
I'm sure I'll have questions once I get it. Hopefully the install goes well.

It wasn't too bad. All together it took me about a month to get the chassis. As for the install just take your time. I'm not even sure if I used all the hardware correctly but It sure as hell works! Lol.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to the install. Trying to decide what to do before it gets here so I am ready once it does. May rebuild the diffs. need to figure out what diff oil to put in. seems a lot of people recommend 50wt front and rear.

It depends on the power, the tires, the surface you run on, etc. I ran 30k front and rear on my FLM bulk EMaxx, Ofna Hyper diffs, Castle 1520 on 6s. But I had Proline Mashers and was geared for 45-50mph. With taller untaped tires and 6s like chipmonks Trenchers the heavier fluid will help the truck be a little more stable. With more power you need heavier fluid to prevent unloading. Taller tires grow more when a diff unloads upsetting the chassis more than shorter tires so preventing unloading becomes more important.

I also like having diff action so I try to stay as light as possible on the fluid. For 4s with tires around 6" tall I think 30k is fine, for others it's the minimum. If you have more power, taller tires, or run mostly on low traction surfaces go heavier.
Edit: Just looked at the last page and saw you have stock diffs. Traxxas diffs need heavier fluid than 1/8 diffs, 30k is stock for Traxxas and on the light side for my tastes. I'd go 50k too.

I'm currently running the Stock CC motor with an MXL-6S esc. I will be running 4S and 5S for now. Stock tires at this point.
I might do some asphalt runs in the neighborhood once in a while but I think most of the driving will be off-road with some small to medium jumps. We have a pretty nice are not far from our house that is great for this.
Recommendations for diff oil based on the above?

Just to update everyone i have not been able to run the truck lately because of all the snow. I finally decided to go ahead and waterproof the esc last night so i can run it this weekend. T-bone sent me a free front bumper sice the last one broke.
