The xray t4-15 screws are 2.5mm (but 6mm deep not 8mm) and pretty sure the BD7 screws are about right - you could try and get them to fit perhaps if you really wanted to.

It all honestly, it's an "annoyance" not a "problem"

Maybe Naoto will loose his shit the first time he has to build one and they'll fix it
Well I'm a machinist, so modifying parts is easy for me. I'll give it a go and see what I can come up with.

Maybe Naoto will beat me to it though

Excellent! Be interested to hear what you come up with.

Be great to use a 1.5 hex driver rather than the kit Allen key

All this spring talk is boring. Let's see some pics of your 419's, nice wiring jobs, cool bodies. Liven it up around here.

Let's go. No time to waste.

Seriously though I am headed out again tomorrow for some testing. The 419 for me was very stable on the straight. Didn't wonder at all, was not twitchy like the 418. After a day thinking about it I wonder if it was the new Dart body so I am anxious to put the Speed6 back on like I ran with the 418 and see if it is the car or the body making that difference.

Also will be trying some other things. The lay out was brand new at our track so traction was not great. They are having an F1 race today so traction should be back to normal Sunday.

They have only just released them.

I emailed them direct and they got a kit together for me in advance of them being ready to ship

They have a list of distributors on their website.

Yeah I know that, but was hoping someone had them in stock already

Where do you normally buy them from?

Yellow - 19.2 lb/in
Black - 17.0 lb/in

Smokem in Hong Kong normally.

No one has them in stock yet though as they only just this week decided what to include.

I emailed Hiro Seiko in late December and said "I'd like the following screws for a 419 - can you help?"

They replied they were due to release them in January but would sell me one in advance.

Pretty sure they will be 1-2weeks away from sellers.
