Default Need Help (pleaase):Issue with KO BSx2 One 10

Looking for some helps fellas. I recently bought a ko bsx2 one10 shorty servo and installed it last night.

For some reason is makes a faint servo glitch noise and causes my steering rack to chatter when I quickly steer left or right.

I'm using a KO KIY radio with v2 master module. Funny thing is that if I plug in my Futaba shorty it doesn't do it.

Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? I'd really appreciate any help... don't want to regret buying this servo... first time using a ko servo... always used Futaba.

Thanks in advance.

Any ideas?

I did find that if I tighten the screws on the steering rack posts where the bearings go; the issue almost dissapears.

Weird!

Are the bearings binding at that point? Does it do the same thing with the steering rack disconnected from the servo?

bearings are good and rack moves like butter with servo disconnected. I called KO customer service and apparently this behaviour is normal and wont affect the handling of the car.

I tightened the top screws of the arm poles a bit more and it seemed to help.

Cheers

Interesting. Post up if you notice it on the track. I've got the KO one10 and one10 response. Neither of them do what you describe. They are both smooth as butter and very quiet.

Well, I just bought a Futaba BLS551.

Wanted the KoPropo BSx2 One 10, but read some other posts like this one describing a similar problem, so i decided to "go safe" and ordered the Futaba.

The BSx2 One 10 is quite new, and I found it disturbing to already find users having problems with it.

Hope it works out for you.
