Default Charger and Power Supply HELP

I'm looking to getting into another class of racing and need some help choosing and charger and power supply combo. I have the Thunder Power 610C charger and it works great. But it takes a while to charge my packs up after a run so I know I will need to get a dual charger. I'd like to stick to Thunder Power because I am familiar with how they work and mine hasn't let me down yet in about three years. So the Thunder Power TP820CD would be the charger I would prefer.

Now, the main question I have is I know nothing about power supplies. I would like to charge both batteries at 10 amps so I know I would need a power supply that can push at least 20 amps. However, the voltage ratings on these power supply units are what confuse me. So charging two batteries to 8.44 volts, would I need a power supply that has an output of over 16.88 volts or would something like this work?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated!

You don't need a 16.88 volt supply to charge the pair of 2S packs at 10 amps each. The supply mentioned is more than enough, would leave plenty of room for expansion even. I can provide details later if needed.

do your homework first, there are many discussions on the web but, a server supply is a cheap and powerful way to go. here is an example.
