Default offroad motor , 2 and 4wd

hi, im in need of a new motor for my 1/10th buggys , i'm running a durango 410 v4 with a hobbywing / speedpassion gt2.1 esc .

i'm after a 6.5t for my 4wd and 7.5t for 2wd , after a smooth bottom end and good top end motor , what do you recomend ??

i have been using my trinity duo3 6.5t , but its decided to short out internaly and take one of my speedo's too , have got a trinity duo3 5.5t but thats a bit too much for this time of year!

am thinking of getting another duo3 6.5t, but are a bit hard to find here in the uk ..

Smoothness in mod motors is generally something best dialed in via the ESC, IMO. That being said, I've found the Reedy Mach2's and the Orion VST2's to be a little smoother using the same ESC settings compared to other brands, but especially the Trinity/EPIC mods. Any 6.5/7.5 should have more than enough top end. YMMV
