Default AMB Transponder Compatibilty Question..

There is a local track with AMB house transponders and I believe the first RC AMB system. They are going to trade-up to the latest RC4 system, but in the mean time I was wondering if I use my 2-wire Mylaps hybrid transponder on their system?

-Thanks

Depends what you are calling the first RC system. I believe the first system was the 8100,.. then 8300,.. 8800,.. 8800 with system 20 conversion, & system 20. Every once and a while you see one for sale... they are still around. No personals will work with any of those.

Big black rechargeable = no personal transponders.
Red rechargeable = personal transponders.
