Best Bullet Connectors

What have you all found to be the most reliable bullet connector? Looking for something that won't come out during a race (including 1/8 scale) but at the same time some that can be removed without using a tool. My experience has been they are either so loose they will come out during a race or they are so tight you can't remove them by hand.

People complain about the bird cage connectors but I have yet to have any issues with any of the 1.5 dozen I have. Having said that, the solid bullets are superior.
The shorter ones here are one of the best for sure: http://www.redrc.net/2011/07/tq-wire...et-connectors/
These are my personal favorite because it captures the wires well and gives you something to grab onto when you need to disconnect them which is a bit of a pain with the low profile ones: http://www.nitrohouse.com/4mm-Bullet...-4_p_2404.html
I've heard these are really good too but I've not tried them myself: http://www.hobbyking.com/mobile/view...dparentcat=409
The Reedy ones look good as well but I've not tried it. Their wire looks really nice too: http://www.redrc.net/2013/11/reedy-p...rs/#more-74432
Hope this helps.

IMO you really want it to have a nice tight fit. And should be hard to pull out. It also depends on what batteries you are using. All the female bullets aren't the same size. My SMC bullets fit the SMC extremely good. Where the SMC bullets don't fit my Vant batteries at all. They are real loose on those. I've found if the females are on the tight side the SMC is the best. And if its on the bigger side the Schuur Speed male bullets are tuff to beat.
