I have been running a tekin pro4 HD 4300 kv with a 17 tooth spur and I need to send it in for repair and in the meantime I have a tekin pro4 4600 kv that I am going to run but not sure what spur would get me close to what I was running with the HD any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys, I have a original sct 410 box stock. I was thinking about changing the shock springs and maybe the pistons. There is a lot of information floating around about this. Is there a set that everyone likes for an indoor smooth med to high bite track? 8.3 or 8.4 pistons, green springs front and rear.... Not real big jumps. Med size track. Love the truck stock but I think it can be better. Thanks
Broke my rear SNR in the third run on a 1/10 track. Never could get anyone from them to respond as their website contact never worked. Friend uses still his Tekno carbons. Tekno themself recommend the lightened aluminium ones over carbons.
In my opinion, if you're really good and never crash, the carbon towers are a great way to lose weight. The rear tower takes the brunt of a rollover crash. Also, if you snap a carbon tower, it's a DNF. If you bend an aluminum one, you're still racing (although possibly with some mystery handling problems). At the recommendation of Danny from Tekno, I put the EB48 rear tower on and haven't managed to bend it yet. (knock on wood)
Got in some drive time today using the new FTW body that I picked up and man is that Diamondback body nice. Feels like I am driving without a body. Flies super straight with no parachuting and it is very sturdy only damage was the paint rub off. No cracks or anything.

^ Went with the JConcepts High Flow this time around but I have a feeling that I'll give the FTW body a try next. Something tells me that won't take too long since I've been driving 2WD Buggy for a while so I'm going to have to retrain myself to drive something that's so fast and goes exactly where you it...

I'm running 7-10-5. It feels like my rear wants to step out a lot on the sweeper at the end of the strait. Also seems like I have a bit of push going on on a few of the tighter turns on the track. Suggestions on changes in diff fluid?
do you also notice an increase in corner traction like the hudy guide mentions? Based on what I am seeing, looks like with the lighter fluid I notice what the hudy guide mentions, more corner traction and quicker rear rotation, and my assumption is that this occurs on power for traction part, and off power for rear rotation.
Does that sound about what you are seeing?
