I think that a 12 P.M opening would be awesome along with starting racing at 3:00 P.M instead of 5:00 P.M would be fantastic. Not not gonna be able to make it much anymore because starting at 5 and ending late on a sat night I can't do at least for the remaining part of the winter, due to waking up early sunday to go skiing. I hope to attend all the trophy races though! See everyone for the trophy races!

Good times last night.

Running four 4 minute heats last night in a 4wd buggy with a 4200mah battery without charging brought back the days of conserving your battery power. I had my throttle EPA down to 70% during the last round and I never let off the throttle, it was so slow I didn't have to.

It would be interesting to have a team based trophy race though it might be hard to enforce the no charging rule between heats if there was a large turn out. Unless there was hardcore policing after each run.

Team based trophy race? Gotta say I don't see the point to even having a no charge rule. Might be better to do a normal endurance race, like we did a few months back (first to 200 laps or whatever it was).

that's kind of what we did last night, just the last 4 rounds we did the no charge thing. it was alot of fun.

i think eric and dan0 won with 252 laps. i forget who was second, joe stanz and i came in third with 232 or something like that.

it sure was a great way to race with limited entries.

Thanks to everyone who came out to race and have some fun last night in the latest arctic vortex or whatever they are calling it. On the bright side, we've almost made it to the super bowl which to me means the end of the beginning of winter at least. See you all Saturday for some racing...

I'm definitely good with a noon start. Leaves the AM for errands and stuff and allows enough turn around time if I'm planning on racing somewhere else on Sunday.

I'm planning on racing this Saturday trying to talk Blake in to coming as well. I'd prefer an early start time as well, noon sounds pretty good. Someone make a decision and post it so I can plan accordingly.
