Finally got the car on a track last weekend. Stock setup was a little loose in the rear for the cold wet track conditions but just like all the Teknos I was able to make small changes and feel them on the track. Actually lead about a third of the 30 minute A-main until my newbness got the best of me and I ran out of fuel before my second pit stop. I still ended up with a 5th place finish in a very experienced field. This car is good.

My wife has been super supportive with me adding another car to the pile.

She has been using her new hobby, sewing, go make me some goodies. The new buggy looks pretty good in her car/box carrier. Gonna try it out this weekend.

She's already making revision 2 of a pit bag for someone.

Happy racing this weekend everybody!!

Hi everybody,
I haven't had a chance to go through and update any of the first posts on the Tekno threads. My wife and I just had our second child so I've been pretty busy and not sleeping as much as I'd like
I plan on adding more tips/tricks, optional products, etc. to the first posts over the weekend.
If you have something specific you'd like to see on the first post, send me a pm (some already have ) and I'll do my best to get it up.

Matt

Both the car and the pit bag look awesome. I like the solid white on this body with black decals. Just need pouch for a fuel bottle, and tool pouch for glow igniter, temp gun and tuning screwdriver.

I used to have crazy paint jobs but they were so darn time consuming. Lately just about everyone has custom painted graphics so my pearl white stands out pretty good

That's what the other bag she made was for.

This was the first one that she made. Next revision will have the plastic built into the lining and an second fuel bottle pocket.

I got to go practice with the car today. I've made a few changes and I'm very happy. Just need to tune the engine a bit more.
