If you order 2 packs from SMC they go USPS select. 2-3 days for most people.
If you order more than 2 they go UPS ground, depending on how far from VA you are it could take up to 7 days.

The 30c 5000 SMC should be more than enough for a SC10. 32.00 and you get
to choose your plug. Unless you have a good reason to run 4mm plugs stick
with a Deans or Traxxas connector.

Get vicious dude! Http://www.viciousteknology.com. These packs have been fantastic. A 5200 50c for $35 and he always ships usps takes 2 to 3 days to most locations.

Can you run these at TRCR? The more time I spend at the track, the more I need to pay attention to what I can run. I currently run Tenergy and GENS, but looking at some of the posts here, I have more options than I realized in terms of bang for the buck. I just don't want to spend money on packs I can't run at my local track.

Thanks for all of the people contributing to this thread. I know the LiPo question get a little repetitive, but just when I thought I knew everything about affordable LiPo packs, I have learned I have a lot more options than I realized!

Thanks!

absolutely, you can run anything that will fit in your battery slot! My son runs full stick 40C SMC's in his SCT, I run shorty packs (Vant and Turnigy) in my stock buggy and I run Reedy Wolfpack saddles in my 4wd mod buggy.

Awesome news! Thanks man. My GENs batteries are starting to show signs of age, I will give these a whirl.

Thanks for your help!

Gens ace and turnigy I have some experience with. But for now my ticket is SMC. If for no other tipping point than the fact that Danny is an outwardly helpful guy. You can simply ask him anything and he will answer.
