Default Old engine back into service ...

I have a Rb 1003 ws7 engine thats been sitting for years. Its in excellent shape , still feels smooth , has a lot of pinch . Its had 3 tanks through it on the bench in anticipation of using it . Any thoughts or concerns about putting an old paper weight back into use ?

The price was right , and its my first nitro , so I dont have anything to loose. I figure , if I make any real mistakes , better to do it on this engine then something I just spent a wad of cash on .

Any engine that runs and makes power is a good engine. Just remember to make small tuning adjustments. Don't tune until the engine and chassis are warmed up good and enjoy yourself.
