ran the buggy last night on a tight track and picked up some steering, noticable. track was hard and dry for awhile and i had too much, my back end was swinging out on me alot - but i usually stand my front shocks up a hole on the tower for a bit better grip, i had to drop them back to the middle and that seemed to helped. when it cooled off and the track started holding moisture i was able to stand them back up.
i went from a bce chassis and mbx7 radio tray to stock chassis and x7 tray about 1/4" forward with the x7 front arm holders. stock chassis moved the rear end back about 2mm.
MUGE2117 - graphite
MUGE2109 - alloy
must have $17 part. like stated above, your gonna have to crank down on your tie rods nearly all the way to get a 0 or slightly less toe in. im even thinking about shortening them a little w a dremel.

Just picked up MBX6 roller, engine and pipe - getting back into Nitro 1/8 been running electric.
We run on a pretty large track that has a very high speed section, of course the inside needs quick acceleration.
What clutch / clutch system do ya'll recommend.
Don't know if it matters for the clutch, engine I just picked up is a Team Orion Mike Truhe Edition .21.

I cant make any claims to the Buku but from what Ive read it's spot on. But I will add this, I just purchased and installed the Werks Pro Clutch. I have to say its tight and dead nuts grippy, I cleared a triple on Sunday that I normally have a little trouble with. The Werks Pro grabbed so quickly, that it allowed me to put the power down in places I had to prepare for and line up to just to clear in the past. Best money spent for my B7 Pro.

im running the x7 diffs/gearing as well. when first installed they were super tight, not smooth at all but that was to be expected. after a day they broke in and were pretty good. as far as smoother than x6r, i might not say yes or no but i would say that they might take just slightly less force to rotate from the center shafts (i wanna say i read somewhere on here that that strait cut gears would aid just slightly with accelleration, but not enough to notice). I look at it like this... theres a reason most other manufacturers use strait cut gears, right? visually, the x7 diff cases are narrower too, id assume theres a reason for that too but who knows...

Almost got my MBX6 ready. Just need clutch bearings (got wrong ones) and my receiver pack to show up. Still have to get the glow plug out of engine (it is stuck) - a little heat and maybe WD40 should take care of that.
Right now just went with an Ofna Clutch, carbon shoes and 0.9 spring (may have to go up on that). Will probably go with Werks later after I make sure engine and such is good.
For engine I picked up a Team Orion Mike Truhe, it looks to be in great shape with really good pinch. Can't wait to start this thing up. Been a long time since I've run nitro.

The thing is this mod is more than a freeer drive train
You need to do the three diffs btw
It's a different feel once you do the mod you need to also adjust your diff oils
I used 774 I very similar mbx7 combo and it
Just like night and day it's a supper dialed set up
