So the black plug that came with the esc stock one wasn't fitting in on the receiver so I put the blue on which that one did fit in to the receiver with no problem but I remove that plug from the on and off switch that came with the airtronics mt4 radio so now the question is did I do it correct or I wasn't suppose to do that ???????

Taking the plug off the on/ off switch isnt a problem, but you cant use the switch now. If you dont use it (switch) then no biggie.

Why are you using that switch ? The proper switch is built into the r10. You simply plug the esc into the reciever and turn the whole car on and off with the escs' built in switch.

No! I remove the plug from the airtronics switch because the esc one didn't fit the receiver ?????

The plugs are really really tight going into airtronics receivers. There is no issues switching out the plug though. What you did looks perfectly fine and will work well.

Changing the plug is fine. But the switch in the pics came with the radio for use with a seperate reciever battery pack, that is not meant to be used with an ESC. The r10 has a built in switch. it is hardwired permanently.
Look at this pic, the built in switch is on the left, next to it is the plug for the reciever.
