When I go to www.lrp.cc, I find the file but it is without the warning on the top right of the page...

Hi guys
We are having our national event next week. Testing my Flow with x20 in 17.5 boosted, it looked like my turbo never activated. Here are the settings I ran. 0.5.5.8.8.5.0 with 30 deg motor insert. Was I "over timing" the motor ? Please give your suggestions please.
Yokomo BD7 fdr 6.6 . The car was strong out of the corners but that was it.

What settings did you end up with?

Anyone out there run the Flow in 1/12 scale without the Voltage Booster??...... They say it has a booster in it for 1C applications but I heard of other drivers still using one...... Just wondering.....
Thanks!
Thanks!

EDIT2: Ok, I found the posts I was originally thinking of. Look at posts 60-70 of this thread and you will see a back-and-forth about needing a rx pack with the Flow.

This is what I read for the info on it:
Technical Data of Flow WorksTeam ESC:
Case size: 32 x 34 x 21mm
Voltage input: 3.7 - 7.4v
BEC: 6.0V / 3.0A
Sensored brushless system: YES
Forward/Brake: YES
Multi mode profile adjustment: YES
Multi Protection System 2: YES
Internal Temp Check System 3: YES
Power wires: 3.3mm
Recommended motor limit: 3.5T
Rated current: 400A/phase
Typical voltage drop: At 20a - 0.011V/Phase
Weight: (excl. wires) 40g
Plugged fan: Yes
I thought the BEC put out 6.0V at 3.7 to 7.4V....
I guess I need one...... Just confused with the stats of it....

well once again I am sending my speedo back to lrp this time it is the sxx v2. it just shut down after a qual. Ran the speedo for 3 week with out a hiccup and now this. I would like to add that my flow is still working strong after I got it back from lrp and my sxx stock spec in my 1/12 has not had a issue yet after one season of running.

True, however this only implies if your running on the original board that could handle 3.7-7.4V. If you have the updated board, (Stock+Mod) then your forced to use a booster or receiver pack. The logic board found on the Stock+Mod has an updated BEC which does not support single cell operation due to the voltage input required to properly operate the unit. Most importantly, the Flow requires an external source of power, I.e a booster or receiver pack (Life or Lipo) to operate, partly due to having a similar voltage constraint as found within the Stock+Mod logic board.
