FWIW, I mailed in two PTX's with the form a couple weeks ago and still haven't received a confirmation of delivery nor payment instructions, I'm starting to get a little nervous and will send an email today to check on the status of my order.

I sent mine in and it took about 3 weeks. They emailed me when it was done with payment options and sent them the day after I made payment.

Did they respond to your email with the proper form and a reference number? Ive sent them multiple emails and have gotten no response to any of them.

I emailed Terry ([email protected]) and asked about the trade in program. He sent me a PDF form with an ID number. I sent them my transponders and the form. I did not get anything that told me they got the transponders that is up to you and your tracking info. After about 2-3 weeks from sending them I got an email from Terry saying they were ready. He gave me the total price and a paypal address. The day after I made payment they were sent and took about a week to get to me. I am in the states so not sure the difference in time for you with that.

I just got a reply back from Terry to confirm they received my old PTX's, he said I should expect an email from PayPal later this week to make the payment. Processing is slow but worth it for the discount. I can only imagine how many upgrade orders they are having to process!

the instruction sheet for the new ones are identical to the old instruction sheet, and yes it includes a set of numbers that can be toggled.

I had several emails from Terry regarding upgrading, etc, in the last few weeks. He has always gotten back to me via email within two days or less. I mailed my three transponders on Tuesday the 17th. I'll keep you updated on when I get my six transponders back.

The time to get transponders back isn't that long. Remember he has a lot coming in.

Terry just emailed that they received my transponders. I mailed them on the 17th so it took exactly 2 weeks to get there. I'll let everyone know when I get them back.
