Agree on the aluminum bell crank -- it's good for sharpening up the steering. Avid, Associated and Jconcepts all make one, and they all work fine from what I have heard. I run the Avid, my son runs the Associated --only diff seems to be aesthetic.
I didn't notice a world of difference when going to the alloy steering rack. I actually prefer the plastic rack on some of our looser tracks. I try to get as much weight as possible out of the nose.

Both of mine broke at same approximate place - about 1/4inch or so from the innermost shock mounting position. Taking the whole corner off where the shock mounts.

So basically right where they removed material in order to clear the BB shock caps?

I heard about the rear tower initially, but then it seemed to go away. I know several locals have b4.2's and I dont see them break the tower more than anything else. Maybe they are using the 4.1 towers. I will have to ask them next weekend.

Personally never needed to sand , diff will slip if not tight enough or broken end.
If the clear gease is contaminated the diff will slip no matter how much you tighten it.

TLR made a lot of "claims" about the new car. I guess we will soon see what they do for club racers.

Cant wait to pick up another b4.2 kit this week. Tried the rb6 for a while and it was good but someone handed me a b4.1 to run and it was dialed. I had a b4.2 right when they came out so it seems like im back!

Most logical place to look would be the manual. As it has all the part numbers in it.
