Also, Jconcepts all the way now, they just care more about racing it seems.
Had the same issue as you. Purchased the proline(believe they are the company) body mount kit for $13 and all is good.

I'm just curious how a new body mount kit can fix for the short coming of making a body to narrow? If it works I seriously am down for it, but it seems a tad illogical for my situation.

It lifted the body I believe. Not something I would be doing for racing personally

Ah, yah, definitely not what I'm looking to do myself in that case. Would rather just make the wheel wells work :/. Sometimes gotta learn stuff the harder way.

I had the same body so assumed the same problem. My issue was the tires hit the wheel wells when shocks were compressed.

I run the Jconcepts high flow personally (even though its the X-Factory truck, it still runs the SC10 front end and +3mm wheels). I dont trim it any more than the lines and she is good to go

If your running the spacer in the shocks or the drop pistion in the shocksb take them out. My 2 wd seem to do great on a large outdoor 1/5 SCALE TRACK and it very blown out. I have the sways on the 4x4 I use the 1.5 I the rear and the 1.8 I the front. I'm thing of trying a 1.5 in the rear my self but I have to get the sway for it. Mine does do great without. I only run the stock class in the 2 wd so I'm not sure if that matter but it did help the 4x4 out a lot

What spacer are you talking about in the shock? These are threaded ft shocks

I would think he is talking about the shock limiters which some people call spacers

What is the best way to get 4 hole pistons? Drill them? Are 4 hole pistons often used on a big dry low traction blown out track?
