I like shorties on indoor medium bite tracks in 17.5. Outdoors on a loose track it will be more stable with a full pack. But with a shorty you can always add more weight to get the right feel

I run shortys at all tracks and the car just handles better. Jumping, reaction and traction is not an issue. I tested a full size lipo a while back and it felt like a heavy pendulum in the car.

Tires - m3 hole shot fronts, green goose bumps rear & stock foam on both.

Front :
Shocks - Green spring, 2 x 1.6 flat, 30 wt, 1 tower, O arm
tie rod - 1 in (2mm washer) and A out 30 deg. caster
Rear:
Shocks - White spring, 2x 1.6 flat, 27.5 wt., 1 tower, I arm
tie rod - 1 in (2mm washer) and B out, 0 deg. hub
This Steven Hartson set up

The buggy is loose on power
Thanks for any help
God Bless
That hartson setup isn't gonna be too good on a track that you use goosebumps on. Go down to just 1mm washer under rear ball stud. And switch to a green rear spring.

If you're using a full pack, your current shock setup is ok or you can try 1.7's all around with 37.5/35 oils. If you're using shorty just drop 2.5 in oil

So here is what i had in mind, I am setting out to find the ULTIMATE REPLACEMENT, yes i am going to do all the hard work for you!!! I am going to try black grease in the diff, losi great grease, Team asscoiated silicone, bfast silicone, mobil 1 syntheic, and whatever else i can find that might work!!!!! For updates I will be posting on here if i will find a different way like youtube. IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS OR ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD TRY PLEASE QUOTE ME AN ANSWER!!!
If you are not running a hard.anodized top shaft the black grease will ruin it quickly was told.that by avid when.my top shaft failed quickly.but i must add they made it.right.at no expense

Its a conversion not a kit, you will need a doner B4.2 to use it. Unless you run on a super high bite track or one thats sugared, I really dont think they are necessary, and since Worlds were won with a RM buggy maybe not needed at all.
