Default Futaba 3pks question?

Hey guys I have a Futaba 3pks radio. I just recently picked up one of the newest Traxxas E-Maxxes. Well the radio that came with it is a Futaba 3pm. I noticed the 3pm has a setting called 4WS which allows me to control both of the steering servos at the same time so I can actually drive. LOL. Anyone know how to set this up on the 3pks so I can use my main radio?

Thanks a mill in advance for any help.

4 wheel steering is for crawlers, it lets you control the front and rear wheels seperately it won't do anything with an e maxx.

Actually your wrong. On that remote it allowed it to control both channel 2 and 3 at the same time for the dual servo steering. But it's all good I figured out how to do it on my 3pks.

Were both servos not working before?

I purchased it from someone else and yes it worked. But I wanted to use my own remote. It was set to 4WS on the 3pm. Guy just got it and didn't want it. But I don't need that remote.

Are you referring to the dual front steering servos? If you are there should be a Y-harness that goes from each servo to the RX. There is no need for a programmable mix on an Emaxx.

I already have its set up with the mix and it works. Any benefit over using the y harness over the mix setup?
