A Shorty plus 40 grams of ballast in rear battery tray .....
also
7 grams in each rear corner & a team ballast in front of transmission...
Car feels better, has better balance in the air & landings ,a bit more off power steer then a full size 25C ...
Using a 7.5 Reedy

I just got back from practice at trcr after the races were over and the grip was awesome. I have been running same shock setup as WC, but today went back to 30wt oil in the rear and I felt like I had a bit more grip. Then after a while I tried my kyosho springs... Pink/gold . I beat my fastest lap of the session 2 times. By just a few tenths but.. the Kcar springs were feeling really dialed tonight. Anyone else using them??

1.6 piston all round, 3 limiter front and 2 in rear. 30/27.5wt F/R oil. Green springs all round.
Full Stick pack and esc on side pod. Shaved brace (Yaiba racing) with rear hub (metal Yaiba) equal to a "C"
2 deg antisquat
Metal bulk head up front. The rest is pretty much kit setup include full ballast weight rear.
I am trying to get rid of a slight push on power corner exit. The rest is perfect.
Just need to know which setup the B4 platform responds to the best

If I plan to run a shorty pack and put the ESC in the rear behind the battery, is there any reason not to stick the ESC to the chassis, thus keeping the COG low? I'm aware of the AE centered ESC mount, but if I have room on the chassis, do I really want to mount the ESC that high?
