Team Orion advantage touch. Help Needed

Hi Guys.
So I just got this charger in the mail today, and I was very excited to try it out.
I took out a 2cell 5600mah Lipo, plugged it in, and selected charge. It worked perfectly.
I stopped the charge, and selected Discharge instead. I selected a discharge rate of 2A (max). The charger won't discharge with a rate of more than 0.6A??? (The battery is almost full)
I have tried storage mode, same result (0.6A)
My question is why? Is this normal? I thought it would shoot straight to 2A...
Same thing with a 1600mah Nihm reciever pack. Only a discharge of 0.6A
Software is 1.5....
Any help/advice

The discharge is also limited to 5 watts of power. 0.6 amps is about it for a typical 2S lipo near full charge. It should go up a little as the pack voltage drops off, but not much.
Not uncommon, many if not most lipo chargers have limited discharge capability.
