lol. I only won because koiva and punty's cars broke down. also, david gawron left early before the main. So, more of a battle of attrition, kind of like 4wd buggy I guess.

However, I was definitely faster with my 4wd sct last night. Over the last several weeks, the rear end of the car was a little loose coming off the straightaway into the sweeper. I basically, couldn't brake real hard going into that sweeper. So, I increased the rear toe to 3.5 degrees and now I can take that sweeper much faster. I still don't take my turns sharp enough, as I've realized that my car still pushes a little in turns.

I also realized that I just need more practice time with that 4wd sct as David was running my setup from last week in his sc10 4x4 (kinwald's with the 8mm mod on the rear ball stud) and he's competitive with koiva and punty. I'm still about a lap down from those guys during quali's.

stiffened up my springs/oils in my 2wd stock sct as I had way too much roll in the infield. Now, I'm 0.8 sec per lap faster. But, I wasn't driving clean laps. Gotta get used to the change I guess.

After motorama, ready to break out some buggy!

Of all of the things I've done to adjust for understeer/oversteer on my SC10 4x4, the clicker has the greatest impact. It's a tricky course for this chassis, because I need some clicker to rotate around all of the hairpins, but I also need stable braking on the front stretch. I ran it last Saturday and was getting happier with it, but I had little grip with green barcodes. I picked up some clay compound rebars for the trophy race...we'll see how it feels then...

Damn James trying to kill my win. Anyways I am happy with the 30laps. Unlike a lot of people I don't have much track time on this layout (3times since they put it in at beginning of December). So 30laps and a win I will take. I think I can do 31 though. Made changes to my car all night and it just kept getting better.

The most impressive thing of the night to me was watching Alex and Kyle battle it out. 13.8 fast lap is nasty.

wow, big dog coming out for 17.5 sct? should be fun.

17.5 sct was fun. a lot of back and forth racing. Jeff, you definitely put down some fast consistant laps last night.

Schenck looked quick to me. Smooth and consistent is fast in stock. stock buggy's getting real competitive it seems.

both alex and kyle were crazy fast last night. that was some good racing.

wish i had more time to race and practice more than once per week.

So Phu when are you going to break in that buggy? Would be nice to see you out there in the mix with it.

Lol I was just kidding ha, you did great for taking it down with little to no practice. Good job.
