Tekno SCT410 Thread

Does someone know off hand if there is a button head screw that I can swap with the cap head that's on the steering link? Also I don't know if I'm remembering this right if I take the three washers off the wheel side of the steering linkage should I do the same to the other side?

Will these shocks caps work with emulsion style ?
http://www.teknorc.com/shop/tkr6003-...anodized-2pcs/
On the plastic caps, I had to drill a hole in the top of the cap and there is a bleeder screw/o-ring. I don't see anything like that build in to these caps so I'm wondering if these caps can't be used on an emulsion set-up.

For sure ! Oh well , I had a good run with my SCTE but I truly think the SCT410 will set the standard for the 4x4SCT class .....
The one thing that gets me about the SCTE 2.0 is how its layout is a blatant copy of the MIP chassis , they can say they were developed at the same time but that MIP conversion has been out for what 5-6 months now ? Ok

When I got my AE FT SC10 4x4 last year I was never totally confident with that choice, but there wasn't a super clear choice at that time. Purchasing this SCT410 was absolutely one of the easiest rc choices I've made in a long time.

The new SCTE looks like a big improvement, design wise..... but its still losi quality, i.e. it will wear out just as fast. I am sure that the nitride shock shafts will still wear out in one battery pack like the did for me

^ to be fair, the losi has a ton of nice parts on it that would otherwise be hopups. I wish the tekno came like that out of the box as well. I would have gladly dropped another bill or so on it.

BJT- Yes, the EB48 pt# is longer so you'll need washers. I had the same problem unfortunately and Tekno already confirmed it will work. On another note...
I cringe at this thought :P but is most likely what I'm going to do for now since they are easily attainable.
LOSA6503 ( 1/8 rear outer hinge pin )
By measurement, they are very, very close to the same length as Tekno 410 piece.

Seriously, you can't say anything bad on that thread about the scte, or they'll automatically label you a troller.
