Which movie would you like me to quote from memory? Animal House, Monty Python's The Holy Grail, Super Troopers, The Big Lebowski? There's nothing that drunken recall can prevent at this point!

Thanks Will. It's always fun to drive with people who can drive really well. It makes me push harder for that win. Hope to race with you again soon.

A guy from ROAR who did the measuring of the wire posted a pic of it being measured, it showed well over the legal limit no matter which way you interpreted the rules.

Lawsuits, slander and headlocks are all being thrown around in the thread.

If u read the email from the guy from Fantom everything he says is true about 20 AWG measurements is true and .006 bigger is not an unreasonable out of tolerance spec it really isn't. Either way I'm gunna continue reading and have fun. Schuur speed and/or thunder power seem to be the whistle blowers? Eric I'm looking at u

I guess you can split hairs if you want about what is too far outside the measurements. And for the record I don't care if the D3.5 is legal or illegal its just interested to follow this fiasco as it unfolds. As I said before I don't care if people continue to use the motor.

Also, ROAR has stated that Ron Schuur recused himself from being involved in teching the motors. They apparently also remeasured all the previously approved 17.5 motors and the D3.5 was the only one with a problem.

It's a shitty situation to say the least.

Exactly and I was just pokin fun that's all, as far as I'm concerned I think we are all going I continue to run 17.5 and have a blast week In and out regardless as we have been. It sucks for all invovled plain and simple. Especaily when all my end bells are purple but hey no roar rules around here, we just ask that we are all in blinky
