Thanks Jay. Hurry up and get yours!
As Jay mentioned, the BR6 responds well to every change made on set up. Had a great day tuning this buggy to our local track. It accelerates hard out of the corners and the new gearing keeps pulling. It has good steering, jumps nice and pretty stable in the rough. It took a beating as I put it through a workout and didn't break anything. The only hiccup was an option lightened outdrive flared and chipped as one of the rear bones came out upon a hard cartwheel. Other than that, the BR6 is one tough buggy.
I did have a leaking fuel tank that caused tuning issues all day and made a little mess but never stopped me from running it.
I used the CSI mugen blue pistons with 50f/45r oils, 5/5/3 diffs, stock sway bars, 12 degree option caster blocks and purple shock springs. I still want to try the stock 10 degree blocks, different diff oils and maybe try the stock shock pistons, just to compare.
I really like the little things Intech has done over the BR5 evo. Lightened diff gears, huge 5x12 clutch bearings, "stepped" aluminum clutch shoes that eliminate the washers on the flywheel pins, stiffer webbed style shock bladders, etc. Heck even the chassis has the hole in it to clear the clutch bell as the chassis flexes, something TKI3 owners had to do. I am loving the new battery box too as well as other small things.
I had a blast all day long. Thanks Gene, Intech has a winner here

If you have an air leak, don't use the fuel filter as I believe they cause air leaks. The tank on both of my cars do not leak a drop of fuel.

Was your tank leaking fuel or air leak? I had the same problem the first few tanks (air bubbles in the line) and kept flaming out. Then I removed the fuel filter and it went away.

tank was leaking at the pressure fitting and cap seal but at least no cracks like the Mugen. should be an easy fix but didnt see the replacement cap seal on the site. Also noticed alot of air bubbles in the line. I'll try another fuel filter to eliminate the bubbles. As for the tank, I just ordered another kit for back up and spares (not that I need them as the car is SOLID but always good to have).

I knew they would settle I just wasn't 100% sure what everyone started out at on this car.

Hi to everybody. I have just driven the BR-6 for the first time this weekend down here in Brazil as part of the RB Racing Team Brasil. I am coming from Mugen and Losi buggies and have to say, the Intech did impress not only me but my competitors too. With a setup basically out of the box (just did the diffs with 5-5-3 and the blue springs) we had a very fast car. We are going to do some intensive setup testing during the next weekend and would love to hear from you guys about your experience with the buggy and what you are running as a "standard" setup.
