Do not purchase anything from brushless hobbies!!! I purchased a motor and esc from BH. Both motor and ESC broke within two weeks, when I contacted the owner he told me that he would not replace, repair, or refund my money! BH customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with bar none! I'm racing in a sct 17.5 stock class, no timing, no boost, everything bone stock and the POS BH motor and ESC couldn't even handle that!
Don't be fooled by the price... You truly get what you pay for when it comes to BH!

That totally sucks. I have been in the market for an inexpensive esc to pair up with my Reedy 17.5 for "Stock Buggy" class,no esc timing but motors can be tuned. I run a LRP Super Stock right now but just got another car and want another esc that wont break the bank, not to mention the LRP has boost modes which I dont need. I was gonna pull the trigger and buy a BH but I saw another post and honestly didnt like the replies from BH reps which showed me horrible customer service. I chose not to purchase for that reason alone.

Ok. There is no warranty on brushless hobbies Items. That is widely known, that is how they keep their prices so low. I'm tired of seeing all the complaints, thwere are some that have had good experiences, some bad. WIth buying cheaper electronics like these, you have to accept the face you might suffer a failure, deal with it. If you can't, go fork over 4x the cost for more supported stuff.

Speed Passion. The Reventon R is the same price point as the LT4 and all around a much better ESC. It comes with a warranty, 90 days I believe, and they have active members here that actually address any issues. Check out their threads here and you will be impressed.

If it does not work out of the box, it should be replace even if it were $20 !

Speed Passion HERE as well. Why support such shitty business practices with a no name guy when you can get a Innovative Speed Passion Reventon and have all the support, warranty and just a much better product. If Brushless Hobbies was as good as they claim to be then why not stand behind your product, not to keep the price down, its because if the offered a warranty and had to actually take care of their customers, they would have shut down long ago.

Lesson learned. Don't buy cheap sh*t.
In this hobby, sometimes you have to focus on long term value, not the cheapest. Often times, trying to save money today, cost you a lot more tomorrow.
There are plenty of name brand companies that care about their reputations and offer good customer service at competitive prices.
