Default My weights

Don't laugh to hard,it does work, the only thing I noticed now is the front top weight could be full size cause it sits on top of the spacer perfect.

I think it is time for a full disassemble and cleaning/replacing.what is the easiest and hopefully best method for removing chassis protector sheet?

Go with a RS Pro or R10 or other smooth small esc. The mmp will take up a ton of space on your chassis... may not even fit. Not a good match for this kit.

Just say no to savox, fitment and amp draw issues. AE or other servo.

If new to 1/10 4x, start with the gen2 7.5t. 6.5 is a handful when getting accustomed to the car. I haven't driven a 1/10 4x in about 8 years so might as well be new to it and in hind sight I would have been better off with a 7.5t.

Losi diff screw bag with washer is good to have for $2 IMO.

Ball cups and take your pick of spares is all that's needed.

+ 1000 8.5 is plenty start at low end of gearing and radio and as you tune boost up,I used stock diff rings without sanding and diff has lasted well over 2 months of twice a week racing!
This will help you enjoy the car even more as you learn with the car?

I hope you'll share some of what you've learned about gluing tires. (BTW, what tires are you running?) Perhaps I'll be able to use it in the coming week as I build my kit.

Sure would look funny hobbling around the track on nicely prepped hubs and AKA inserts!

The savox servos are fine, it's the ancient bec in the Tekin esc's that are the problem with using them together.

I've run a Savox 1258, and Spektrum 6040 on 3 different Tekin ESCs with no issues. I thought the glitching issues had more to do with running Spektrum radios?

I'm using an M11x.

I think the Savox sucks, but my Orion died at an away race, and that's all that was left. I absolutely LOVE my Futaba BLS451 in my wheeler though. If I could do it again, I'd go with the BLS 551 (low-profile), so that I could get all of my electronics on the left side.

You do realize Savox makes the Orion servos, right?

sorry, was rebuilding my diff when I wrote that. Bleeder screw & washers.

If you got savox, use it... just was saying don't go buy one. Sand some material off the face of the servo mount if needed to clear the steering link, no spacers.

You may be faster with lower than 6.5 for a whole season, not a month. Or maybe not.
I always over power so I may not be the right person to comment... case in point, I have the 6.5
