Default MILLED DOWN T4.1 CHASSIS

Here are some pictures of my T4 chassis. I was going to run it as a buggy but decided to keep it as a Stadium Truck. I put Titanium sides, a Titanium shelf that will hold my Receiver and ESC, and I fab'd Titanium servo mounts. I actually made the servo mounts for all 3 of my AE vehicles.

I managed to get in touch with the person who created this thread and they are willing to update the first post with whatever info is gathered.

So ...

what do people want to see on the first page?

A warning to anyone that brings up speculation about a potential B5 will be booted off indefinitely.

With Savox 1257TG what spacer would I use from the Steering Servo Mount Kit?

I'd like to see something like page 1 of the 22 SCT Thread.

The thread, RC Tech or the Planet? I always thought these things were for discussing all relevant info about the subject.

I don't use any spacers with the included FT blue mounts.

hey guys...looking to upgrade the shocks on my 2wd buggy and wanted to kno if there is a difference in the shock bodies? The b4 shocks are so close to the rear link and i was told the b4.1 worlds shocks are 12mm and the b4 are 10mm shocks and wanted to confirm or deny this...Ive always loved how smooth the AE shocks are and want to put a set on my new buggy as they diameter and lengths are almost identical but if you look at this set HERE it looks like the body might be a 12mm and not 10mm

the worlds shocks are the same size as your. The 12mm BB shocks are an after market upgrade. Those in the add are the FT v2 shocks and they are 10mm.

awesome, thank you! the body just looks much bigger compared to mine or these b4 shocks next to mine...And i cant go any bigger as you will see in the 3rd pic due the the control arm going around the shock rather than being a turnbuckle

I got my b4.1 factory worlds kit together. I don't have the BB shocks yet so I'm running the stock shocks. Anyone have a good set up for these shocks? I'm goi g to race stock buggy in an indoor clay track with med to high bite.

Jason's set ups are really easy to drive--I'd give the above a try..

What do you all prefer, shorty packs or regular packs? I bought some shorty packs but after buying them, a few people told me they think the buggy handles better with a full size pack. So since I already bought the shorties, I guess I'm kinda stuck using them. Where's the best place to run them, front, center or rear in the battery tray?

The shorty is great for 17.5. I run mine even with the tips of the U-brace for now.
