Matt, just have someone sign you in. So you miss a qualifier. Should not be that big a deal. I would not let it stop you from getting some wheel time in. Not like you are missing a qualifier at the Worlds or anything.

keith,

i agree, however, i work till 6, as it was i missed the first round, again, not a problem.....however, now, i will miss 2 rounds, and that is without getting a late call or something... so it is a bit different in my mind....

if the buggy class was later in the round, i would make the second round i would guess....i am not asking for a change, nor will i....it just makes it less likley for me to race there, which sucks as i paid a membership, and its 5 min from home...

this is my issue, i am not bitching, just saying....this is a great place to race, and a great location for me...

I believe they are moving the buggy heat(s) to the middle of the program after SCT (Sportsman, Open, Super). So buggy is at a minimum of 3 races in.

Did not realize you were missing a qualifier already. There is also the option of Sunday onroad racing Matt. Maybe you could hit that on Sundays you are not working. There is a good group there on Sundays and Jason races there on his off weekends. I think the F1 class is low cost or you could always race the buggy against Matt Lust. Would be nice if you could stay involved in the club.

Where are the start times posted? Where is this conversation happening?

There needs to be an up to date place where people can see what the schedule is.

I went by Saturday and the turnout looked great. Unfortunately I find I can't live with the Paragon fumes (headache after 1hr.) so I think I'm a dirt only guy.

I had fun with the buggy on its first shakedown run/competition night. Setup seems pretty good and will need some minor tweaks with the ESC setup. Its a learning curve with the Hobbywing stuff. Still getting used to offroad, so a lot more practice laps are on order, hope they arrive by noon on Saturday.
