a little humor, I like it.

better than the normal stuffy debates about whether or not ear wax on your wheel nuts makes you faster..

For a few races i would coat my chassis bottom with a thick layer of Lemon Pledge to avoid "sticking" when i cased a jump(the dirt is tacky). It worked well, but messy. I had one corner marshal i knew say "Wtf? Is that lemon pledge? haha" as he flipped it, then wiped the pledge off his hands. Also resulted in the car slipping out of a marshals hand and tossing it on it's lid, so i don't do that anymore. Clear vinyl layer on the bottom FTW

Before i started using the chassis protector i would wipe the bottom with WD40 before each run...i always thought it made me faster, could have been a mind game but it makes sense.

I just dunk a sponge in water and put that all over my car..makes it more aerodynamic but you gotta make sure you redunk the sponge at least three times

For the guys running the shorty packs, where do you have it sit? Forward, back, middle...etc? Pics?

That is all you need, i have heard/read some say that the b44 slipper spring (i believe) is also good to get as it will be a little bit easier to adjust, the stock v2 spring i think was a bit long.

It is not that the V2 spring is longer, it is that it is a higher spring rate than the original B44 (The B44.1 has the V2).

Because the B44 spring is a lower spring rate you get better adjustment resolution.
