Yes, consistant lap times, but you have to love the body. Doubt you'll see another one.
Just Monday, Charlie asked if I've have heard from you ....... great timing.
Keep in touch.

one way to find out (and i know its a pain) is put a 17.5 motor in your 13.5 car ,and if the car is fast then their is an issue with the esc in the 17.5 car. also make sure that your 17.5 car has the same setup as the other car (same ackerman, caster, steering link angle) and that everything is free (pod, front end, ect) . i highly doubt its the motor
I noticed that the booster was quite hot on the car when I pulled it today, so I am also going to look at keeping the Speedo turned off and see how that works.
If the Justock turns out to be a lemon, I'll just have to get the Tekin back in on Tue when I do the onsite RMA.

clegg - i know you will think i am just saying this, but it is prolly not the speedo. reset your speedo (full throttle, ect) make sure you did not accidentally turn down the throttle endpoint by mistake. swap out the booster or run an rx pack. also change your sensor wire. these are all things to try.
stickers will be at the track tomorrow. i will have prices for them by then.
they are pretty sweet. thanks to art and jeri again for the logo and design work.

The decal on the door looks sick!
I grabbed my 2 2XL shirts, so I owe someone some money. I also dropped a check for the next two key fees. See you boys in Vegas. Or maybe the Denver airport.

But my 17.5 cant break the 10 second mark without a miracle ( A few random 9.9's) and the car will run the exact same lap times 12 minutes in as it did at lap 1...). Either the ESC, or the motor are bunk... IMHO... I am going to throw the SP 17.5 back in to see if its the motor tomorrow or if the Justock Jusucks.
Recalibrating the ESC and making sure the settings did not get rest would be a good idea as well. I had the Justock in my EX get reset somehow that caused a similar issue. I re-calibrated, adjusted the settings, and was back on pace. Not sure how it happened, so from that point forward I made sure before running that the green light would come on at full throttle before hitting the track.

Hey clegg, i can also throw your motor in my car if you want.
Adam- yeah Scott made the decals. There is also one on the wall to the west side of the drivers stand. I had a big 4 footer ordered that would have gone on both the entry doors, but Scott beat me to it. He did an awesome job.

Yeah, no doubt. The logo is fantastic and looks awesome on the shirts, door and wall. I can't wait to see the decals.
Both my cars felt broken tonight after being rebuilt. Hopefully that means they'll be awesomeo in Vegas!

Sorry Mario. No worries if you want to replace them, they are simple to make - 10 minutes and 4 bucks worth of vinyl....I actually think we should change the wall one so its visible on live RC.

Mark, you may find it interesting to know that the most popular type of car used in our Breakout class is the 235mm 1/10 pan car! We've got a Delta Villain, SpeedMerchant Roadkill 10, a fiberglass RC10L, a 10L made up of all the original HPI option parts, an RC10L3O with wide conversion, and a SpeedMerchant WGT with wide conversion.
The racing is tons of fun, usually with as much giggling as the Colorado gang did when racing TamTechs in my basement!

Who from the North side of Denver or West side would like to meet and carpool to the airport on Monday to save on parking? Parking will be approx $50 for the week.
I fly out Mon 11:35 and return Sun 12:35.

Decal sheets for Rc cars will be $3. The larger ones for real cars (or whatever you choose to put them on) will be $5.
I will have them at the track tonight.

I'll be at the track mid day today (to sort out my 17.5 car, last check on bodies, and pack up), but wont be staying to race later. I am planning to get down there around noon.
