Won't there be more flex on the battery side with that much of the chassis cut out?

I think you're looking at the tape. There are less cut outs

That chassis looks pretty wide, and also looks like it's been scraping a lot. Also, the rear swaybar appears to mount downwards onto the bulkhead, like the TC6.1. Did the T3'12 use the same bulkheads front and rear? Maybe Xray is going in that direction.

I'm pretty sure this is a T4. Francesco Martini at the last EC stock championship.
Does look a lot like the screw holes etc tally with this image;

If correct, it means we still don't have the holes for mounting the 5th body post

If that's what the chassis is going to look like I'm glad I bought a bd7.

Thanks, Sean. Now I see. How about about the way the rear bulk head extend pass the rear of the chassis. Looks like they are almost even with the rear tires. Would after some hits in this area would eventually cause a tweak or am I looking at this wrong again. Not trying to bash, but I am considering getting this chassis. Just bringing concerns as I see/don't see them.

Deffo not the same chassis, the top pic has square shoulders the bottom has angled. Infact the more I look at the top piccy the more I think its a T3 with a prtotype chassis and a few other bits.

For some reason I didn't notice the chassis 'shoulders' but oyur quite right.

The spacings for bulkheads etc do seem to be quite a lot different from a T3 though. Perhaps the two pics are testing different chassis'

By the distance of the bulkheads i'm pretty sure it is not a T3 and now i'm certain, look at this published on Xray page:

European championship 1/10 TC Stock Results

1. Remi Callens - XRAY T3'12
2. Joan Urbain
3. Jan Asmer
4. Daniel Wohlgemuth
5. Joe Streff - XRAY T3'12
6. Francesco Martini - XRAY
7. Gonzalo Garcia
8. Javier Hidalgo Bonet
9. Gilles Choque - XRAY T3'12
10. Thorsten Zorn

The only one without a reference to the car is Francesco.

And just some more "teasing" from Xray: http://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/new...d58323a5f41e86

Francesco was driving the new T4. He asked to everyone to not make photos of the car, I am sure that Miguel (team nova, the one who make that photo) is gonna get warmed.

The car seems to be quite diferent from the T3 2012, you will see.

Francesco was very nice with a lot of people and he explained a lot of things to xray driver during the euros.

Regrads
