Default Ceramic bearing question

I just re-bearing an engine this week, using ceramic bearings (TKO) for the first time. After running two easy tanks, rolling on the throttle so I didn't skid the balls on the race, I noticed that the engine has a slightly different sound at idle than any of my other engines, all of which are steel bearing'ed. It doesn't sound bad, like they do when a bearing craps out, just a little different. I was just wondering if ceramic bearings have a slightly different sound - kind of a whirring sound - at idle. The bearings went in just fine, and the engine runs great, so I'm more curious, than worried, at this point.

Will do, Peter - thanks. I'm sure I don't have a problem, was curious more than anything.

Now that looks much better! I didnt think it sounded bad because a new engine with ceramics does sound a bit different
